Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.
To request cancellation, please contact Urjantara Naturals through WhatsApp or email, quoting your Order ID.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If a cancellation request is accepted before dispatch and payment has already been received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method, subject to the Refund & Return Policy.
Urjantara Naturals reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen operational reasons. In such cases, the customer will be informed and any eligible payment received will be refunded.
